Paying Your Dues and Donations

 We’ve Employed Real Power in Our Fight Against Random Crime in MPUM!
This is the most cost efficient home security system imaginable, designed to stop most of the bad guys even before they reach your house, and it is amazingly affordable at only $150 per year per household. Senior citizens may even divide their payment in half and make two semi-annual payments of only $75 each.
We accept PayPal online, however, the annual fee will increase to $155 to offset the PayPal fees imposed on MPUM.
(Sorry, but the two-payment plan for seniors is not available through PayPal. Please email enp@mpum.com for assistance.)
To Pay by Check, make your check in the amount of $150, or $75 for seniors, payable to “MPUM ENP” and mail it to MPUM ENP, P.O. Box 821733, Dallas, TX 75382.
Additional cash donations are accepted and appreciated. If you are combining dues and a donation in one check, please indicate the donation amount on the check, for accounting purposes. (Donations are not tax deductible.)

 If you are an adult either residing in or owning residential property within the Merriman Park/University Manor neighborhood, you are automatically a member of the Merriman Park/University Manor Neighborhood Association. This is your neighborhood, where your neighbors make personal investments in improving and enhancing the environment for you and your family.
Voluntary dues are only $25 per household per year. We accept PayPal online, however, the annual fee will increase to $26 to offset the PayPal fees imposed on MPUM.
This year's dues are now due - as of January 1.
