What’s on the agenda:

• 2026-2027 Board Elections: We’ll be voting on next year’s board. All current members plan to run again except Andrew Mungul, leaving one open Co–Vice President position.

   Any active neighborhood association member can run for any role (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer). Nominations will remain open through the meeting until voting begins. To nominate yourself or a neighbor or for more information on the specifics of each position, please email info@mpum.com

• Meet Your Community Captains: We’ll introduce this new group helping us stay connected block-by-block

• Dues Update: A quick update on the 2026 dues increase and the great progress we’ve seen so far this year

• General Q&A: Time permitting, we’ll open up the floor for questions and discussion

• Hotchkiss Update: Hotchkiss PTA and SBDM will give an update on the bond vote and community efforts at Hotchkiss

• Coyote Safety: Learn the protocols on what to do during a coyote encounter and how to keep yourself and the neighborhood safe
